Relaxing 1BR in Miami Near Brickell & South Beach

Didn't like Positive: Aircon was very powerful. Maybe even too powerful for that room. There's a washer and dryer in the building free of charge. Negative: It’s basically a long-stay hotel and the vibe was off from the start. I ran into a few unsettling people there and never felt comfortable. I was also misled into thinking it was a proper apartment with parking included. Instead, parking costs an extra $20 per night and the spot itself was a headache. It was tight, cramped, and built with a two-level lift system, although the upper level was not being used. Even so, it was a squeeze for my BMW X3. They never provided a hairdryer despite multiple requests, and the whole place felt neglected. Nothing seemed cared for and everything came across as cheap and sloppy.

Excellent place for reasonable price Positive: Great service, didn’t meet a lot of the staff but they will help you through message & calls, and was very helpful. Place was cozy and nice.
